Hi am Julio Sanchez and this time am going to give you my top 10 reasons to live in Moreno Valley.

If you are new to my channel please hit that button and subscribe, we are posting videos every week. And hit that bell so you can be notified every time we post a new video.

Here are the top 10 reasons to live in Moreno Valley in my opinion.

Reason #1 Cost of living

living – At the time of this video the average price for a home in Moreno Valley is $340,000 according to the Inland Valley Association of Realtors monthly report. This is by far less price for a home that if you were to purchase in Orange or LA counties.

Reason #2 there are new homes being build in several areas of town.

So if you are looking for a brand new home about 2500 sqft and 4 bedrooms plus, you can expect to buy your new home for about $400 to $450,000

Reason #3 different neighborhoods with different lifestyles.

Sunnymead Ranch is located north of the city or what the locals call it north of the freeway, you have access to a lake, pool and spa, gym, clubhouse and they have several activities during the year; Right next of Sunnymead Ranch there is Hidden Springs, this community offers some rolling hills and tree lined streets, on the foothills of Box Springs Mountain or the M mountain that offers a great hike and other activities; Moreno Valley Ranch is another community that offers access to the lake, pool, spa, basketball and tennis courts, etc; Rancho Belago is located to the west side of town and offers newer homes and the Golf course located in this area as well. Just like these 4 neighborhoods mentioned, there are some other areas that you may want to inquire if you are interested in moving or living in Moreno Valley.

Reason #4. RCC or Riverside Community College Moreno Valley Campus

campus offers a great alternative for students that can’t or won’t want to move out of the area but continue their studies. Also UCR or University or California Riverside is within a 10 minute drive from Moreno Valley, another great alternative for local students.

Reason #5. Our local Weather

In the summer time ranges from 90-95 degrees on average and on winter the average temperatures are 60-70 degrees. Great weather for outdoor activities most of the year.

Reason #6. Ontario international Airport

Ontario international airport located within 40 minutes driving or John Wayne in Orange county about 1 hour to an hour 20 minutes driving. Great alternatives to LAX and all the traffic involved in driving there.

Reason #7. Moreno Valley is located in the middle of all the activities.

for instance you want to go to the beach, you can be there in less than 2 hours driving, you want to go to the mountains, Big Bear is about and 1 and 30 minutes driving (great escape in wither for some skiing of in summer for a quick weekend getaway). Do you want to spend the day in Palm Springs? You just get on your car and drive and you will be there in less than an hour. If you feel like going for a baseball game, basketball, football and or soccer when they have their respective seasons you can be there in about 2 hours, no matter which team you are going for.

Reason #8. Downtown Riverside

Downtown Riverside is within a 10 minute driving, if you are going for a night out, some dinning, or to enjoy the festival of lights in winter time.

Reason #9. Hiking Trails

M mountain hiking… If you enjoy hiking I will recommend to hike the Box Springs Mountain or the M mountain. The hike is about 5 mile round trip and you can get there on the trails located behind the mountain or to the side with a more steep inclination. Once you get there I will recommend to spend some time enjoying the awesome vies of the city.

Reason #10. For me is a group of activities

Some of the activities you can do while living in Moreno Valley, you can visit the Moreno Valley Mall, do some dinning on the near by multiple choice of restaurants in the area, or spend the day or camp at the Perris Lake, you can also visit the Perris speed way, or the Moreno Valley Museum or the VA memorial, or visit the Orange rail museum, or if you are brave enough you can do some indoor or outdoor skydiving.
